Full Circle FAQ

What do I wear to my Intro to Pole class?

Whatever you feel comfortable moving in! For Intro to Pole, Flexibility, Floorwork, and Low Flow, a top and either long pants or shorts are appropriate. You can either wear socks or have bare feet.

Do I need heels for my class?

We have some heels-specific class on the schedule. For other classes, you are welcome to wear heels but they are not required. Heels are not recommended for Intro to Pole classes.

How many Intro classes do I need to take before I move on to Level 1?

We generally recommend 3-5 Intro to Pole classes before starting Level 1, but this is different for everyone. Plan to take at least two intro classes and reassess after that.

How do I see your schedule and pricing and book classes?

The easiest way to do this is to download the Full Circle Brooklyn app and set up an account. There you can see our full schedule and class pricing and book your classes right in the app.

Do you do private parties?

Yes! They are $275 for an hour for up to 14 students. Email info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com for more information and to arrange a date and time.

Can I take pole classes if I am heavier? Is there a weight limit? What if I’m older? What if I have no upper body strength? Can I take classes if I’m a guy?

Pole is for everyone! At Full Circle, we welcome all shapes, sizes, ages, gender identities, etc. Strength will come with more practice!

Do you have any deals for first-time Full Circle students?

We have an introductory class for $26, or an introductory 3-class package for $75. New students who have not yet made a purchase with the studio are eligible for this deal, and they can be used for any regular classes (not limited to Intro to Pole classes).

What classes can I take if I have no pole experience?

If you’d like to get started with pole, take Intro to Pole first. Our off-pole classes (Flexibility and Liquid Motion) are open to everyone.

How long before class packages expire?

6 months for most packages, 2 months for introductory deal packages, but expired classes can be reactivated for a fee of $5 each. You can purchase this option in the Wellness Living store and then send an email to info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com so we can reactivate the classes for you.

How do I book a space rental?

In Wellness Living, buy a private space rental (1-3 people) or a group rental (4 or more people). You can then request the date and time you want via Wellness Living, or email info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com to arrange a date and time that works for you.

Do you have a work study program? How can I become a work study?

We do have a work study program. If positions become available, they will be advertised on our social media with information about how to apply.

I have a monthly membership – can I cancel it or put it on hold?

Send an email to info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com

I’m on my way to class but I’m running late! Can I still take class?

We have a 10-minute late policy. If you are here dressed and ready to join class 10 minutes or less after the scheduled start time, you can still take class.

I want to come with a big group of friends for our first class – what are our options?

Our Intro to Pole classes tend to fill up rather quickly, so the further in advance you book the class, the more likely there will be space for your whole group in a regular intro class. Another option is to book a private party for your group – the cost is $275 for an hour and up to 14 students. You can email info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com for more information and to arrange a date and time.
