Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

Clients may early cancel a class up to 12 hours prior to it’s scheduled start time. Early cancellations allow clients to keep their class credit. If a client cancels within the 12 hours prior to class, the client has late canceled and loses their class credit.

If a client signs up within the 12 hours, they have a one hour grace period after signing up to early cancel. Any cancellation done after that one hour grace period is considered a late cancellation and the class credit will not be returned.

Clients may early cancel a private lesson or space rental up to 24 hours prior to its scheduled start time. If a client cancels one of these appointments within 24 hours prior to the season, the client has late canceled and loses their appointment credit

Late Policy

We understand that life happens, so we offer a generous 10-minute late policy.

This means that you must be in the studio participating in the warmup within 10 minutes of the class start time - if you are just entering the studio at the 10-minute mark, you are too late to join class. Arrival after 10 minutes is considered a late cancel and will result in the loss of that class credit.

Early Policy

While we love students hanging out, making friends, and building community at the studio, we are a small space and try to respect the privacy of our students. If you arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled class you may be asked to wait in the hallway or to come back later closer to the start time of class (there are lots of great coffee shops and hang out spots in the neighborhood!)

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on class packages or walk-ins. In the event of illness or injury we can extend expiration dates. Proof of illness or injury will need to be sent to info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com .

Class Packages

All class packages are activated on the date of purchase. The class package will then expire within 6 months.

Packages can be reactivated by purchasing a $5 per class pass reactivation

Community & Safety

Full Circle maintains a strict policy against hate speech or aggression of any kind. Derogatory comments or actions on the basis of race, gender identity and expression, sexuality, ethnicity, background in sex work, body size and shape, or disability wil not be tolerated in this space. Making such comments may result in dismissal from class and prohibition from being able to book future classes.

Class Levels and Prerequisites

Please visit our website, more specifically our class descriptions to learn about the prerequisites required for each class. We do our best to be clear about the content that clients will be learning in class along with the prerequisites needed to join that class. If you have any questions about a class being appropriate for you, don't hesitate to reach out call us at, 347-365-5388 or info@fullcirclebrooklyn.com . If you accidentally attend a class that is beyond your level - for your safety either you or the instructor can ask that you not participate - in this case the class credit will be added back to your account for future use.

Recording in the Studio

Video recording is only allowed in the studio AFTER the warm up portion of class and students are only allowed to video themselves. Please respect the privacy of others - do not record others without explicit permission. This includes the instructor or any other students. Students may not record entire classes.

Wearing Appropriate Attire

Wearing the appropriate attire for your class helps to ensure that your experience here at Full Circle is the best it can be.

Examples of appropriate attire: athletic wear such as shorts that expose thighs, sports bras and/or tank tops that exposes your midriff - skin contact with the pole is important for grip!

Leggings, sweats, tops that cover the shoulders, as well as knee pads and socks are all appropriate attire for conditioning and floor work classes. Layering highly encouraged.

No transparent/mesh material without under garments allowed. No undergarments are allowed to be used in place of workout attire.
